First Breath

An online breathwork experience for grounding and nervous system care.

So much of our lives are spent online these days, trying to connect through screens. While this keeps us plugged in, it can often leave us feeling more disconnected from each other, from ourselves, from nature.

The Elemental Rest and Reset Workshop is designed to bring us back into the real, living world around us while utilising technology and the resources available.

Through circle, guided breathwork, somatic processwork, and elemental ritual, we will tap into a more balanced state, guided by what we can touch and feel.

You’ll be invited to set up your practice space with the elements, feet on the earth if possible, a candle or fire, a bowl of clear water, and your breath as the living air.
